Pedal Q&A:

Q. Is your Big Fluff based on the USA version of the Big Muff or the Russian version?
A.
It's based on the Russian Big Muff

Q. Can you do a Tap Tempo Button on the Tremolo, and also make the LED flash in time with the Trem speed?
A.
Unfortunately with this Tremolo pedal we can't do the Tap Tempo, and a flashing LED creates quite a bit of noise.

Q. What is the minimum your Delay can be set to?
A.
The minimum Delay time for our pedal is just a few milliseconds, up to about 500ms.

Q. When will you make a digital reverb pedal?
A.
Some time in 2010

Q. Is your delay pedal analogue or digital?
A.
It is an analogue voiced digital delay. (Digital delay that sounds analogue)

Q. Do you have any video samples of your product, like on YouTube?
A. Not at this stage, but if you own a MAEq pedal, feel free to upload some of your own (and let us know if you do so we can link it to here)

Q. I'd like to make a multiple purchace from the website, but see no way to pay for both in a single transaction. Also, there seems to be no shipping charges?
A. Shipping charges are included in the price, you can pay for both pedals separately, or we can send you a PayPal invoice for the total amount

Q. What are the dimensions for your bigger pedals?
A. The dimensions are 120mm long x 90mm wide x 55mm high (including knobs and switch)

Q. Can you offer discounts if i purchase 2 or more pedals in one order?
A. Unfortunatly no. We run really tight margins to keep prices as low as possible!

Q. I'm interested in getting a dual looper (for two pedals). Will you make one and what would it cost, including postage?
A. We can do dual true bypass loopers for $95.00 including postage anywhere in Australia. The size of the pedal is 118x65x40mm (price may change depending on time of enquiry - Aug09)

Q. What model is your Tube Squealer based on?
A. The Tube Squealer is a close clone of an Ibanez TS808
