The Tube Squealer
Review from K Prior
When Ibanez released the Tube Screamer it quickly became
the industry standard for overdrive effects, with many of the worlds great
musicians still using them to this day. It’s easy to use and with the
super tone it puts out it was quickly described as “The Holy Grail Of
Tube Screamers”.
The Tube Squealer is the second 100% Tasmanian made effects pedal to come
from Morrisson Audio Equipment and promises to be a strong competitor with
the bigger effects pedal companies.
The Tube Squealer is a fantastic pedal built for a great distortion sound
whilst retaining the killer tones you need to cut lead breaks with clarity.
Ideal for the guitarist who likes a clean sound without a heap of distortion
over powering what is being played.
The Tube Squealer is Bright Green and looks great in a pedal board. I feel
that it even sounds better than some of the original more expensive pedals
available today. The tone that the Tube Squealer puts out is phenomenal, it
only has 3 control knobs but you can get a lot of control over your sound.
“I personally love this pedal and it is the only distortion I rely on to get the job done. This pedal stands up to and survives all of the beatings and punishment you can give it on stage during a rock set from hell and on tour”.
”I play a lot of rock based music and I can’t
get a clean enough sound without the notes all becoming muddled together on
other pedals. But the Tube Squealer solved all my problems”.
It’s a must have pedal for real TONE FREAKS!
